Hence as from next week am changing my workout schedule. I will incorporate these workout DVDs:
- Zumba Fitness Cardio Party
- Aerobics by Suzzane Cox
- Look Better Naked Workouts by Jessica Smith
- Billy Blanks Taebo Celebrity Fit Cardio
- Aerobics with Billy Blanks
Saturday and Sunday will be my rest days.
There you go.Again i am not weighing myself, and my favourite pair of pants have become quite baggy, just so you know :) :) :)
