Project Lose Weight

I remember looking at the mirror one day and failing to recognize my body. 
why you may ask,
See i had never been past the 70kg mark, so when i went to the "pima kiro" mama and a 73.2 kg figure popped up, i was more scared than i was shocked.
I knew my weight wasn't as it used to, but this i didn't expect.

I have developed a poor lifestyle of :
-eating too much margarine
-eating chips 6 days a week
-buying Cadbury chocolates and deep heat crisps thrice or so per week
-going without water for up to a week :(
-The most exercise i ever did was jogging my mind (Sudoku, crosswords) :)

Now the last time i checked, i was at 63 kgs. of course i didn't expect to remain still, but neither did i expect to go past the 68 mark.

Resolution: Get back to the 60kg mark.

How will i achieve this,
Over a period of 12 weeks i will:
a) Exercise every single morning -- Saturdays and Sundays included (wololo mama)
b) I will never take the lifts at my place of work (5 flights daily wont kill me, will it?)
c) I will take 4 fruits and 5 Veggies daily:
      -Breakfast will be lemon tea and veggies (instead of white bread and the frequent egg)
      -Lunch will be fruits only (i'll have to work extra hard not to fall to the chips Marsala temptations)
d) I will take recommended 1.5 Liters of water daily.
e) I will avoid all junk food 100% (chips, chocolate, sodas, crisps, sweets)--- i am what i eat right?


At 5'8 i currently weigh 73 kgs, with a b-w-h ratio of 36-38-42.
People say my height "swallows" my weight but i want my old fit self back :(

Over the 12 weeks, i will post my progress weekly, and i will post a photo of the "end product".
I will definitely reward myself for my success with a week long, relaxing, "showing off" trip to our beautiful south coast, so help me God.
