So, the thing is i have tried fasting for soo long, but my discipline levels are usually shameful *Hides Face*.
Anyway, currently everyone is doing intermittent fasting the whole world, but i am attempting the other fast; Fasting and prayer.
After healing the man possessed by demons, our good lord Jesus Christ told his disciples; “This kind goes not, but by fasting and prayer”. I believe even in our lives today, there are things that will not go (or come) unless we fast.
Also, it is important to take some time and seek the Lords face, regarding several aspects of our lives.
I do not want to think of how many days I will fast, but I will keep asking the lord; when ha says stop, then I will, if not then I will extend.
